All services provided by Digifanto—including but not limited to web development, mobile app development, content creation, SEO, social media marketing, branding, and digital advertising—are governed by project-specific agreements.

These agreements may include:
  • Scope of work
  • Deliverables
  • Pricing
  • Timelines
  • Revisions
  • Payment terms
  • Project dependencies

Once a project begins, both parties must follow the agreed terms.

4. Payments & Billing

To begin any project, Digifanto requires:

  • 50% advance payment (or as mutually agreed)
  • Remaining amount upon delivery or phases

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

Refund Policy:
 Due to the nature of digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds may be considered only if no work has been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise in the contract:

  • All source code, designs, content, visuals, and creative assets remain the intellectual property of Digifanto until full payment is received.
  • After full payment, final deliverables become the property of the client.
  • Digifanto may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in advance.

Clients must ensure that any materials they provide (logos, images, text, etc.) do not violate copyright laws.

6. Confidentiality

Both Digifanto and the client agree to keep all information, data, strategies, and discussions strictly confidential.

This includes:
  • Business data
  • User data
  • Marketing plans
  • Account access credentials

We do not share project details with any third party without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Digifanto is not liable for:

  • Losses due to delays caused by client-side issues
  • Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, email providers, ad platforms, etc.)
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Technical issues arising from client-side modifications

Our responsibility is limited to the scope defined in the project agreement.

8. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our services may involve integration with third-party tools such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Payment gateways
  • CMS platforms
  • Marketing tools
  • Analytics software
  • Social media networks

Digifanto is not responsible for downtime, changes, or failures caused by these third-party platforms.

9. Revisions, Updates & Changes

Revisions are provided based on the package or agreement. Any additional revisions or new requirements beyond the original scope will be charged separately.

Updates requested after project completion are considered new work.

10. Website & App Maintenance

If maintenance is not included in the package:

  • Digifanto is not responsible for future issues
  • Updates, bug fixes, and improvements will be billed separately

11. Termination of Services

Digifanto may terminate services if:

  • Payments are delayed
  • The client violates these Terms
  • The project becomes impossible due to client inaction
  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior occurs

In such cases, all completed work remains non-refundable.

12. Privacy Policy

Use of Digifanto.com is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect user data. By using our website, you agree to our privacy practices.

11. Termination of Services

We may modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
